Forms and submissions
When you submit a form on the Site (Get Matched, Contact, WAIO Live registration, series signup), the information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form doesn't create a contract; it creates a request that we'll respond to.
For the Get Matched form specifically: submitting the form connects you with a WAIO agency for a recommendation. Any subsequent commercial engagement is governed by an agreement between you and that agency, not by these Terms.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites (agency sites, partner content, external resources). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
No warranty on Site content
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." WAIO Methodology content is published for educational use; applying it to your specific website is your responsibility (or your chosen agency's).
