This Privacy Policy explains how Veza Digital ("WAIO," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information from visitors to getwaio.com (the "Site"). This policy covers the marketing site only. WAIO product applications hosted on separate domains have their own privacy notices linked from those products.

What we collect

We collect personal information you give us when you submit a form on the Site. Specifically:

  • Get Matched form: name, work email, company name, company website, project type, budget range, timeline, free-text project context.
  • Contact form: name, email, company (optional), inquiry topic, message body.
  • WAIO Live registration and series signup: name, work email, company name, job title (optional), session(s) registered for, email opt-in preference.

We also collect technical information automatically when you visit the Site:

  • IP address, user agent, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, device and browser information.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies set by us and by analytics providers we use (HubSpot, Google Analytics or equivalent).

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your form submission (match you to a WAIO agency, reply to your contact request, register you for a WAIO Live session).
  • Send you content you opted into receiving (WAIO Live session notifications, marketing updates if you checked that box).
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it better.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

How we share it

We share information with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Site and process form submissions. This includes our CRM (HubSpot), our hosting provider (Vercel), our analytics provider, and our email infrastructure.
  • The WAIO agency we match you with after you submit the Get Matched form. We share the form contents with the agency we recommend so they can prepare for the intro conversation.
  • Legal and regulatory recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices
